We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Instructor to train and develop our nursing staff and students, ensuring high standards of patient care and competency across our facilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical practices, delivering training programs, and supporting ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and evaluate unit-based and discipline-based training programs for nursing staff.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and assist Nurse Managers in competency assessments.
Establish an optimal clinical learning environment and preceptorship programs for new staff.
Coordinate and organize training activities to strengthen generic and specialty nursing practices.
Act as a clinical resource for Nurse Managers, advising on training and standards of care.
Develop and conduct hospital-based training programs in line with MOH requirements.
Provide training and education for non-nursing staff and volunteers as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Specialist Diploma in Clinical Education preferred).
Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
Several years of clinical care experience.
Clinical Instructor Certificate or equivalent.
Willingness to travel between multiple locations.
