Job Description

Take ownership of the entire product development cycle, work closely with designers, analysts, engineers and data scientists to deliver product solutions with high business impact
Continuously drive for improvements in Return Refund experience, liaise with business teams to understand pain points and requirements, manage stakeholders expectations, set priorities and deliver product solutions effectively
Identify key metrics, conduct data-driven analysis to gather insights in user behavior and product performance

Requirements

Final-year or Penultimate student currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics or a related science/tech field preferred
Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment
Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner
Care deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystem
Full-time interns preferred
Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
