Responsibilities:

To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer's expectation
