While doing so, be sure you\u2019re not making the following mistakes:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>Delivering your feedback over the wrong medium<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><br><\/span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Speaking face-to-face with your boss can seem difficult, and the idea of discussing the matter over text can be tempting, but messages can often get lost in transmission.
