This function has sustained consistent growth over the past six months, reaffirming its positive trajectory.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Challenges Faced:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Software, Hardware, Telecom<\/strong> roles saw the most substantial annual decline at 48%, marking the lowest demand among all monitored functions.
